Rebellyous has completed design, initial build and testing of a fully continuous, automated and chilled dough substrate processing system that can produce a wide range of plant-based meat products at 60% lower cost vs. conventional methods. Rebellyous has completed design, initial build and testing of a fully continuous, automated and chilled dough substrate processing system that can produce a wide range of plant-based meat products at 60% lower cost vs. conventional methods. Quotes are being sought from qualified firms or independent experts in food manufacturing life cycle analyses, particularly in food production energy usage (including chilling), novel equipment evaluation, waste water reduction, labor reduction, and sanitation benefits.
